How soon can I receive an order?

You will receive your order in 7 working days excluding weekend and Public Holiday. For large item like sofa, please allow 7-10 working days of delivery time.

Can I self-collect the product?

For items especially small hand carry accessories we do provide self collection as an option at checkout stage. However for bulky items we do not offer self collection services.

How much is the delivery cost?

We offer Free Delivery for all orders above $500. For orders less than $500, there will be a delivery charge of $80. Kindly take note that will be extra charge for delivery of large item like sofa, dining table, etc using the staircase. We will advise the estimated charge based on the your detail.

Where are the items shipped from?

All items are shipped from Singapore with no additional charges.

Which payment methods do you offer?

We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. All online payments are charged in SGD.

Do you charge taxes?

No additional taxes will be charged on online purchase. All product prices are inclusive of GST.

What should I do if the product I just received is not in the good condition?

In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any manufacturer defect, please contact us right away on the same day of delivery using the whatsapp chat function on the bottom right of our site or email us at collective@p5.com.sg with the relevant images.
